Transport Systems
Conveyor Systems
The Conveyor changes the landscape of transportation in intralogistics, adding the ultimate convenience of transporting pallets/unit loads, mini loads, and other size materials throughout your warehousing system. The conveyor system can handle peak workloads and fluctuations in material flow in a warehouse, while also being compatible with manual operations.
The key benefits of using the conveyor system include: ease of implementation, compatibility to manual operations/ASRS system, high throughput capabilities, ability to handle different loads and sizes, easy maintenance, simplicity.
Chain Conveyor
The chain conveyor is utilized to move and transfer pallets within the warehouse. The chain conveyor is generally integrated with the AS/RS system or the conveyor lift to allow multiple level transfer of pallets. The chain conveyor can also be equipped with a weight scale as well as a barcode reader based on the design of the system. Because the chain conveyor can act as a buffer pallet it is suitable for systems with constant outbound flow. The chain conveyor also has sorting capabilities that can be used to help optimize fulfillment jobs.
Technical Specifications:
Conveyor Speed: 20 m/min
Max Load: 1000 - 2000 kg
Conveyor Length: Min. 500 mm | Max. 6000 mm
Conveyor Height: Min. 650 mm ± 40 mm
All Specifications Can Be Customized To Customer's Requirements
Roller Conveyor
The roller conveyor much like the chain conveyor is also used to transfer and move pallets within the warehouse. The roller conveyor allows the movement of many different type of pallets, making this type of conveyor more suitable for warehouses that utilize different pallets within its system.
Technical Specifications:
Conveyor Speed: 20 m/min
Max Load: 1000 - 2000 kg
Conveyor Length: Min. 500 mm | Max. 6000 mm
Conveyor Height: Min. 650 mm ± 40 mm
All Specifications Can Be Customized To Customer's Requirements
Rail Guided Vehicle
The Rail Guided Vehicle adds ease of transportation within a warehouse system, eliminating the forklift while increasing safety. Organization and process flow is enhanced through designated transport routes from outbound to sorting, picking/packing areas. The RGV travels on a monorail circuit, allowing for increased speed of operation and an increased handling capacity compared to traditional forklifts.
The key benefits of the RGV include: responsiveness and speed, efficient automated material flow, simplicity, higher ASRS throughput, heavy lifting capabilities
Technical Specifications:
Driving Speed: Max. 180 m/min
Max Unit Load: 1000 - 1500 kg
Chain Feed Speed: 20m/min
Data Transmission: Wireless Communication
Transport Type: Chain & Roller
All Specifications Can Be Customized To Customer's Requirements
Ground-Level Lift
The Ground Level lift allows for ease of use with hand pallet and power pallet. The ground level lift acts as a receiving/retrieving lift for those who do not have forklifts, but opt to use hand pallets or power pallets to move pallets at ground level
The key benefits of the ground level lift include: Ease of use for hand pallets, ground level operability
Technical Specifications:
Lifting Speed: Max. 2.6 m/min
Max Unit Load: 3000 kg
Chain Feed Speed: 20m/min
Lifting System: Hydraulic
Lowest Horizontal Beam Minimum: 100mm
All Specifications Can Be Customized To Customer's Requirements
Pallet Lift
The Pallet Lift allow pallets to be lifted up to different verticality levels for transport activities such as lift to overshoot over roads, and transport between different storage levels.
The key benefits of the Pallet Lift include: vertical transport
Technical Specifications:
Lifting Speed: Max. 30 m/min
Max Unit Load: 1000 - 1500 kg
Chain Feed Speed: 20m/min
Lifting System: Cable Sling 10 mm
Lowest Horizontal Beam Minimum: 400 mm
All Specifications Can Be Customized To Customer's Requirements
Pallet Dispenser/Stacker
The Pallet Stacker/Dispenser can be used in two ways. In the first scenario, this machine can be utilized as a pallet stacker, allowing for pallets to be stacked on top of each other and sent back into the AS/RS for efficient storage of pallets. In the second scenario, this machine can be used as a dispenser, dispensing one pallet at a time, ready for forklifts to place the product onto the dispensed pallet to be stored in the AS/RS system
The key benefits of the Pallet Lift include: efficient storage of pallet/master pallet, more efficient workflow in a master pallet system
Technical Specifications:
Max Pallets: 7 Pallets
Max Unit Load: 3000 kg
Speed: 60 Pallets/Hr
Pallet Size Support: Customer Requirement
Max Load: 500 kg
