After-Sales Service

Auto Motion Works is deeply invested in giving our customers the most responsive and qualified after sales maintenance. We have invested in a service office and a warehouse in Bangkok to ensure spare parts availability and technician availability. We have more than 50 service team employees, composed of employees of different specialties with certified system installation training. Along with our Call Center which is available 24 hours a day, our IT service, Control service, and Mechanical service teams are also on standby 24 hours a day. Our service branch is located:

  • Call Center

    Our Call Center is open 24 hours a day. The Call Center team are all engineers and will help with basic troubleshooting and problems.

  • IT Service Team

    Our IT team is made up of 15 engineers who will support customers on IT issues such as Data validation and database managment.

  • Control Service Team

    The Control Service team has 3 engineers and is in charge of safety and sensor systems

  • Mechanical Service Team

    Our Mechanical Service team has around 30 employees who focus on preventive maintenance and mechanical support
