Tilt Tray Sorter
Used to sort products by destination, the tilt tray sorter is best utilized with smaller products that have lower weight. This includes products such as apparel, paper mail, cosmetics etc. The tilt tray operation includes the product being placed in a tray. As the product travels on the tray, its barcode is scanned through a birds eye view vision scanner to designate its end destination and have the product fall in the correct chute.
